Our Flying Fields
The Club has access to facilities that enable us to operate seven days a week. Flying takes place on a restricted basis 8.00am - 4.00 pm Monday to Friday at Heathcote Oval, but our own field at Waterfall is available seven days a week from 8am till sunset. This field, known as “Garawarra Field” has been developed by club members over recent years, the entrance to this site can be found off the Princes Highway at Waterfall, 300 metres south of the road leading to the Woronora dam. The gates protecting this field are kept locked; keys are made available to financial members only.
Heathcote Oval
To get to the Heathcote Oval - heading south on Princes Highway; turn left at McDonald's opposite the Heathcote Road. Proceed over the railway bridge and head south past the Heathcote High School, Heathcote Railway Station and SES depot until you reach the oval.
